Description / Scope of Work
The Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) Vehari invites electronic bids and tenders from sales tax income tax registered firms and companies for the purchase of uniform and protective clothing items valued at Rs. 15,39,000. The procurement includes trousers, shirts, jackets, badges, belts, caps and shoes required for the Process Serving Agency operating in Vehari, Punjab. Bidding firms and companies must hold valid sales tax and income tax registration with relevant authorities. A bid security of three percent of the estimated cost must be submitted through online banking in the form of a CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft or pay order in favour of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) Vehari before the closing deadline. Original CDRs in hard form will not be accepted. The procurement process will be governed under PPRA Rules, and successful bidders will be required to submit a 10 percent performance guarantee at the time of supply order issuance.

Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives through the Punjab E Procurement System. Repeat orders shall not exceed 15 percent of the original procurement value under PPRA Rule 59(c)(iv).
