Description / Scope of Work
The Govt. Al-Sahi Special Education Centre for MCC Sahiwal invites online bids for the procurement of uniform items in both winter and summer seasons for special students (boys and girls). The estimated contract value is Rs 800,000 for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is being conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement system (eP) using a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. The centre is located in Sahiwal, Punjab, and seeks qualified suppliers to deliver uniforms that meet the specific needs of special education students.
Eligible bidders must be registered with income tax or sales tax authorities and must not be blacklisted or debarred from PPRA Punjab. All participating bidders are required to deposit bid security equivalent to 5 percent of the estimated cost (Rs 40,000) through electronic bank transfer via 1Link or online banking against a generated PSID. The paid slip must be attached with tender documents as proof of payment. Upon successful award, bidders must deposit a performance guarantee equivalent to 10 percent of the contract amount through the same electronic payment method.
Bidding documents are available for free download on the Punjab e-Procurement system immediately after publication of this notice. Bids must be submitted by 10:00 AM on 8 October 2026, with opening scheduled for 10:30 AM on the same date at the office of the Deputy Director. Rates must be quoted as a single consolidated figure inclusive of all applicable taxes with no separate breakdown.
