Metropolitan Corporation Lahore invites bids on a Single Stage Two Envelope basis for the supply of new street lights with complete fittings and 40-Watt LED bulbs, along with materials for maintenance and repair of street lights across multiple union councils in National Assembly constituency NA-118. The procurement covers five separate lots spanning Ravi Zone, Shalamar Zone, Data Gunj Bakhsh Zone, and Gulberg Zone with a total estimated cost of Rs. 160 million. Eligible bidders must be manufacturers or authorized dealers with a minimum of five years overall experience and five years relevant experience, holding valid registration or renewal with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category. Bidders are required to submit bid security amounting to 3% of the estimated cost on the e-Procurement portal. All bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement platform; hard copies will not be accepted. Bids must be prepared in accordance with bidding document instructions and submitted in PDF format.
