Description / Scope of Work
The Headmaster of Govt. Special Education Centre Chichawatni invites online bids for the procurement of uniform items for special students (boys and girls) for the financial year 2026-27. The tender is for winter and summer season uniforms with an estimated cost of Rs 2,000,000. The procurement will be conducted using the Punjab e-Procurement system (eP) through a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Only income tax and sales tax registered firms are eligible to participate. The centre is located in Chichawatni, a city in Punjab province, and serves special education students requiring tailored uniform provisions.
Prospective bidders must be registered with income tax and sales tax authorities and must not be blacklisted or debarred by PPRA Punjab. All participating bidders are required to deposit bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost (Rs 100,000) through online banking via 1Link/Online Bank Transfer against a generated PSID with proof of payment attached to tender documents. Successful bidders will be required to deposit an additional performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount at the time of contract award. Tender forms must be submitted without overwriting or cutting and must be signed by the bidder; incomplete or unsigned forms will be rejected.
Bidding documents are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement system (eP) immediately after publication of this notice. Bids must be submitted as a single consolidated figure inclusive of all applicable taxes with no separate tax breakdown. Bid submission closes on 08.10.2026 at 10:00 AM with opening at 10:30 AM the same day at the office of the Headmaster in Chichawatni. Technical bids will be opened first and firms found technically non-compliant will not participate in financial bidding.
