Description / Scope of Work
The CRBC Irrigation Division D.I.Khan, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Irrigation Department invites sealed bids from approved contractors registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under KPPRA rules 2014 and holding valid licenses from the Pakistan Engineering Council for annual operation, maintenance and special repair of the CRBC irrigation canal network across District Dikhan during financial year 2026-27. The procurement comprises six sub-works totaling Rs. 12.00 million, each valued at Rs. 2.00 million with earnest money of Rs. 40,000. Works cover maintenance and repair across six designated sections: Short Kot Section, Gomal Section, Fateh Section, Naivela Section, Mahra Section and Ramak Section, distributed throughout the district.
Eligible bidders must possess valid PEC registration in categories C-6 and above, renewed registration with KPPRA for the financial year 2026-27, and a valid license from Pakistan Engineering Council. Bidders are required to submit 02 percent bid security of the estimated cost as specified against each sub-work along with additional paid security as per KPPRA rules. Bidders must upload their bids through EPADS before the closing time of 1:00 PM on 07 October 2026, with tender opening scheduled for 1:30 PM the same date. All bids remain valid for 90 days from opening. The procuring entity retains authority to reject any or all bids for cogent reasons.
