Description / Scope of Work
SNGPL, Multan Transmission Distribution Office (Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited) invites sealed bids for the procurement of tea material under tender reference MNT/TE/047/2026 with project reference P124252. The procurement is planned for fiscal year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding process with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The tender is applicable across Punjab province and managed from the SNGPL Stores Department located at Piran Ghaib Road in Multan City.
Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate and are required to submit a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. All bids must comply with detailed terms, conditions and specifications provided in the e-bidding documents available on the EPADS portal. Eligible bidders should meet the organization's criteria for goods procurement and demonstrate capacity to supply the required tea material as per specifications.
