Water Supply and Distribution Infrastructure Tender by PHE Division Kohat KPK

The PHE Department Kohat Division, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids through the E-PADS portal for five water supply and related infrastructure projects under the single stage single envelope procedure. The works include distribution of water supply systems at different locations in Gumbat under CSR OGDCL with an estimated cost of Rs 7,974,800; extension of drinking water supply scheme Khader Khel Gumbat under CSR OGDCL valued at Rs 9,977,800; construction of drinking water supply bandi dhock billthang under CSR MOL for Rs 21,548,000; construction of water supply scheme Khushal Garh number 02 under CSR MOL estimated at Rs 6,030,800; and DWSS Ara Khel Jawaki under ASDI programme valued at Rs 15,146,000. The total scope encompasses water infrastructure development across multiple locations in Kohat region. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and field of specialization, holding a valid PEC Certificate of Enlistment from Provincial Works departments. Additionally, bidders require active registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority KPRA with code CE-09 for civil works and must maintain active status with valid taxpayer certificates from Federal Board of Revenue and KPRA. All bidders must provide photocopies of CNIC, PEC Registration Certificate, Enlistment Certificate, and Active Taxpayer Certificate along with bid documents uploaded on EPADS portal. Bid security shall be submitted in the specified amounts as CD plus duty for each project. The last date and time for bid submission is 06-10-2026 at 12:00 PM, with opening scheduled for 2:00 PM the same day in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives.
