Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division Khyber, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites competitive bids for the construction of 24 solar-based drinking water supply systems (DWSS) and pressure pump installations across multiple villages in Bara, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The tender encompasses works at locations including Shalobar, Banat Degi, Takia, Jan Khan Kallay, Rajgal, Zawa Khel, Aka Khel, Bar Qambar Khel, Charsinyan, Malak Din Khel, and surrounding areas, with individual project costs ranging from PKR 3.4 million to PKR 8 million. The total estimated project value spans approximately PKR 92 million across all lots. Bidding shall be conducted through the EPADS (e-procurement portal) on a single-stage, two-envelope procedure in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement Rules 2014.
Bidders must meet basic eligibility criteria as outlined in the Bid Solicitation Documents, including registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) with active status. A bid security of 2 percent of the Engineer's Estimated Cost for each lot is mandatory, to be submitted physically as a call deposit receipt in favour of the undersigned. All bids must be submitted in readable format through EPADS, with incomplete, conditional, or unattested bids declared non-responsive.
Bid Solicitation Documents can be downloaded from EPADS and the KP-PPRA website. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through EPADS before 7th October 2026 at 1100 hours, with technical bid opening scheduled for the same date at 1130 hours. Original bid security documents must be physically submitted at the PHE Division office, Plot 40, Sector B-II, Phase-V, Hayatabad, Peshawar, by the closing deadline.
