The Town Municipal Corporation, Model Colony invites bids through the Sindh E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure for six construction works in Model Colony, Korangi District, Sindh. The works comprise rehabilitation and patching of roads with asphalt construction, and provision and fixing of cement paving blocks with related civil works across six urban centers (UC-02, UC-03, UC-06). The estimated total project value is approximately Rs 479.38 million, covering infrastructure rehabilitation in the Model Colony locality. Each work package ranges from Rs 38.39 million to Rs 137.97 million and includes foundation, construction, and finishing activities with quality assurance requirements. Bidders must meet standard Pakistani eligibility criteria including valid Professional Engineering Council (PEC) Category C-3 or higher registration, Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) registration, National Tax Number (NTN) certification, audited financial statements for the last five years, and evidence of similar construction experience on comparable projects within the preceding five years. Bid security of five percent of estimated amount must be submitted in the form of pay order, demand draft, or call deposit in favour of TMC Model Colony. Bid documents are available for download from the EPADS website at http://portalsindh.eprocurement.gov.pk from 21 September 2026 to 05 October 2026. Bids must be uploaded on the EPADS portal by 10:30 AM on 06 October 2026. The opening ceremony will be held at 11:00 AM on the same date in the Office of the Executive Engineer, Building and Roads Department, TMC Model Colony.
