The Government Special Education Centre, Khairpur Tamewali invites competitive bids for the provision of armed security guard services for the financial year 2026-27. The estimated cost of procurement is PKR 800,000, covering security services for the school building, students, staff, buses and assets located in Khairpur Tamewali, Punjab. The contract requires the hiring of armed security guards to provide comprehensive safety and protection for the entire institution throughout the contract period. Bids will be evaluated under Single Stage Single Envelope procedures in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
Eligible bidders must be well-reputed firms registered with PPRA and EPADS, possessing valid Sales Tax Registration Certificate and Income Tax Registration with NTN number. A mandatory bid security of PKR 40,000 (5% of estimated cost) must be deposited through 1Link/Online Bank transfer against the generated PSID with proof of payment attached to tender documents. The successful bidder will be required to deposit a refundable performance guarantee of 10% of the contract price before issuance of the provision of services order. Firms must not be blacklisted or debarred from PPRA and must ensure compliance with Government of Punjab minimum salary standards for security guards on 8-hour duty shifts.
Bid documents are available immediately from PPRA website (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and ePADS (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) from 23rd September 2026. All bids must be uploaded on ePADS and PPRA portals before 12th October 2026 at 10:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 10:30 AM the same day. Original affidavits on stamp paper of appropriate value must be submitted before the tender opening meeting. Rates are valid until 30th June 2027 and must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and charges.
