Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations from qualified vendors for Digital Data Archiving and Record Management services as part of its paperless and digital transformation initiative at PSO House, Karachi, Sindh. The scope of work encompasses scanning of paper-based records totaling 1,200,000 pages, storage of scanned data, provision of file archival and retrieval services, tagging and identification of individual data within scanned records, integration with existing PSO Commercial Function systems, and provision of a warehouse facility for physical record and file management. The service must include data entry, boxes/files scanning, digitization of physical documents, secure online access through a web portal with unique identifiers for all files and pages, generation of reports, migration capabilities for online records, return reports for record tracking, secure destruction of documents, and development of a comprehensive online portal for digital data archiving. The contract value is based on 1,200,000 electronic archival units and encompasses the complete digitization and management lifecycle of PSO's commercial records.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to submit complete tender documentation with all relevant supporting documents as specified by PSO.
