Description / Scope of Work
Govt. (COE) Middle School of Special Education for HIC, Rajanpur invites electronic bids for the procurement of 198 uniforms comprising 126 boys' uniforms and 78 girls' uniforms, together with 136 pairs of shoes split into 84 boys' pairs and 52 girls' pairs. Each student will receive one winter uniform and two summer uniforms. The total estimated cost of this procurement is PKR 8,00,000 (Rupees Eight Hundred Thousand only) for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is being conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024, following the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure as prescribed under Rule 38(1). This is a specialized procurement for special education students located in Rajanpur, Punjab.
Prospective bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for both Income Tax and Sales Tax purposes. The required bid security is PKR 40,000 (representing 5 percent of the estimated cost) and must be submitted through prescribed digital mechanisms including 1Link, PSID, or Digital Bank Guarantee via the Punjab E-Procurement System. All quoted rates shall be in Pakistani Rupees and must be inclusive of all applicable duties, levies, and taxes. The bid validity period extends for 180 days from the date of publication of the bid evaluation report. A performance guarantee equivalent to 10 percent of the contract value must be deposited by the successful bidder prior to contract execution.
