Description / Scope of Work
The Irrigation Department, Government of the Punjab, invites sealed tenders for two concrete lining projects under the Kirana Division LJC, Sargodha. Work 1 involves concrete lining of Mehri Minor from Chainage 0+000 to 9+850 (Tail section) with an estimated cost of Rs 3,95,90,862 and a contract period of 12 months. Work 2 covers concrete lining of Barana Minor from Chainage 0+000 to 4+013 (Tail section) with an estimated cost of Rs 1,52,77,099 and an identical 12-month completion timeline. Both projects are located in the Sargodha region and are critical irrigation infrastructure development initiatives aimed at improving water conveyance efficiency through lined minor canals.
Bidders must submit an earnest money deposit of Rs 19,79,543 for Mehri Minor work and Rs 7,63,855 for Barana Minor work. Tender documents are issued on a percentage or item rate basis. Contractors must be duly registered with relevant regulatory authorities and possess valid contractor registration certificates. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes bearing the contractor name and work description, with all required supporting documents attached as specified in the tender conditions.
