Description / Scope of Work
Daanish Schools (Boys & Girls) Mianwali, located in Mianwali district, Punjab, invites sealed bids for procurement of dietary items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is divided into six lots: Wheat Products valued at Rs 10,966,256; Pulses at Rs 2,599,800; Sugar at Rs 1,874,737; Eggs at Rs 1,906,346; Chicken at Rs 3,061,836; and Fresh Milk at Rs 10,294,944. The total estimated contract value exceeds Rs 30 million, with items to be supplied to both the boys and girls school store-rooms. This framework contract aims to ensure uninterrupted supply of safe, hygienic and nutritionally adequate food for the boarding students residing in the schools, where quality, food safety, reliability and continuity of supply take precedence over price considerations.
Bidders must be experienced and financially sound business enterprises registered with relevant Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Each lot requires submission of bid security ranging from Rs 18,747 for Sugar to Rs 109,663 for Wheat Products, payable in the form of CDR, DD or PO. Technical and financial bids must be submitted online through the e-Procurement Punjab portal using a single-stage two-envelope procedure. Participation through the e-Procurement portal is compulsory for all interested bidders.

The last date for bid submission is 15th October 2026 at 10:00 AM on Thursday, with technical bids to be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM. Bids should be submitted on the prescribed bid forms and must be inclusive of all taxes, duties, charges, packing, freight, loading and unloading costs.
