Daanish Schools (Boys & Girls) Jand, Attock, located in Tehsil Jand, District Attock, Punjab, invites sealed bids for the procurement of dietary items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement covers eight commodity lots: wheat products (Rs 11.94 million), pulses (Rs 2.69 million), sugar (Rs 2.04 million), hen eggs (Rs 2.07 million), chicken (Rs 3.39 million), mutton (Rs 2.99 million), beef or veal (Rs 3.43 million), and fresh milk (Rs 11.20 million). The total estimated procurement value exceeds Rs 39.7 million. Items will be delivered and off-loaded at both school store-rooms to ensure uninterrupted supply of safe, hygienic and nutritionally adequate food for boarding students.
Bidders must be experienced and financially sound business enterprises registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments as required under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Each lot requires submission of bid security equivalent to 1 percent of the estimated cost in the form of a CDR, demand draft, or postal order. Bids must be submitted in a single-stage two-envelope procedure containing technical and financial proposals through the e-Procurement Punjab Portal, which is compulsory for all interested bidders.
