Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division Kohat invites bids through the E-PADs portal for the construction of a Mega Drinking Water Supply Scheme serving Lachi City, Khadar Khel, Gulshah Khel, Malgeen, Dar Tappi, Warshand and adjoining villages in District Kohat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This is a Single Stage Two Envelope procurement advertised under KPPRA Rules 2014 with an estimated cost of 217.585 million rupees and bid security requirement of 4.392 million rupees. The scope encompasses design, supply, installation and testing of water distribution infrastructure to serve multiple settlements across the district. Bid Solicitation Documents and Bills of Quantities are available for download from the E-PADs website at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders must submit both Technical and Financial bids through the portal before the closing deadline of 15 October 2026 at 12:00 noon. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be conducted at the office of the Chief Engineer PHED (South) Peshawar on 07-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. The date for financial bid opening will be announced after evaluation of technical submissions. The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule-47 of KPPRA 2014.
