Description / Scope of Work
The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), Quetta invites sealed bids from eligible event management companies for the hiring of event management services related to WEXNET Quetta on a non-consultancy basis. This is a national-level procurement conducted under a single-stage, one-envelope bidding system. The tender is for comprehensive event management services to be delivered in Quetta, Balochistan. The scope encompasses full event planning, coordination, execution and related logistical support as detailed in the Terms of Reference and Bill of Quantities provided in the bidding document. Bidders must be registered with relevant Pakistani authorities and demonstrate requisite experience in event management at comparable scale.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be Pakistani nationals or companies registered under SECP regulations. Bidders must provide evidence of past experience with completed contracts of similar nature, average annual turnover documentation, and valid tax registration (NTN). A bid securing declaration in the prescribed format is mandatory for participation. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the same address on or before 13 October 2026. Bid opening will be conducted on the same date.
