Description / Scope of Work
NADRA (National Database and Registration Authority) is inviting bids for the procurement of IBM Guardium data protection annual software subscription renewal and training services. The procurement is categorized as non-consultancy services and is planned for the fiscal year 2026-27 with project reference P137646. This is a national-level single-stage two-envelope procurement utilizing open competitive bidding with the Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The contract covers the renewal of IBM Guardium data protection software subscriptions and associated training services for NADRA headquarters located in Islamabad, Capital Territory.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. The bidding process follows the prescribed eligibility and evaluation criteria as detailed in the bidding document.
