Procurement of Expendables by Heavy Industries Taxila

Eligible bidders must possess a valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration where applicable, and satisfy all eligibility criteria outlined in the Standard Bidding Document. Required submissions include photocopies of registration or pre-qualification letters from HIT/DGP/MoDP or government organizations, attested copies of Sales Tax and NTN certificates, audit reports for the last three financial years, attested bank statements for one year, attested CNIC of the Chief Executive or Director, and documentary evidence of contracts executed with government or semi-government organizations in the last three years. A certificate on judicial paper worth Rs 100, duly attested by an Oath Commissioner, must confirm that the firm is neither blacklisted, suspended nor debarred by any government organization. Additionally, a postal order of Rs 2,000 must accompany the technical bid in favour of the Director, Supply Chain Management Directorate.

Bid documents are available on the PPRA website. Sealed bids must be submitted by 19 October 2026 at 1030 hours at the Supply Chain Management Directorate, Heavy Industries Taxila, Taxila Cantt. Bid opening will take place on the same date at 1100 hours.
