KEMU seeks sealed bids for Convocation 2026 seating and hi-tea catering—a one-off event service with likely medium scale (university convocation implies 500–2000+ attendees).
Free delivery to campus required. Delivered through PPRA ePADS (online only, no hand-written bids), with 180-day bid validity. Tight closure (mid-October 2026) suggests planning phase; prior KEMU experience preferred but not mandated. Reputational vetting (no bad-experience record) is a gate, not just technical score.
Who can bid: Manufacturers, authorized distributors, retailers, and agents eligible. Must be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments with current active professional tax. No blacklisting or suspension by any authority. Sound financial position and prior relevant supply experience required. NTN/SECP registration typically expected for Pakistani firms; KEMU maintains its own experience vetting.
