Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Fisheries, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is inviting sealed competitive bids for the supply of fish feed materials during the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement comprises two categories: Trout Pellet Size 2-8mm (Floating Type) with 35-40% crude protein and maximum 10% moisture content, and Powder feed with 45-55% crude protein and maximum 10% moisture content. The estimated contract value is Rs 1,000,000 (one million rupees). This procurement is subject to the KPPRA Rules 2014 and shall be processed through the E-PADS electronic procurement portal as mandated by government regulations.
Bidders must be registered with the relevant authorities and comply with all statutory requirements under the KPPRA framework. The tender documents will be available on the E-PADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk) from 23 October 2026. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required with bids. All submissions must be made electronically through E-PADS in accordance with Single Stage - Single Envelope procedure prescribed under KPPRA Rules 2014.
Bids must be submitted through the E-PADS portal by 10:30 AM on 23 October 2026. Tender documents are obtainable from the E-PADS website.
