Description / Scope of Work
The Dir Irrigation Division in Dir Lower, KPK invites sealed e-bids for the dredging and desilting of urban critical waterways under the Non-ADP 2025-26 program. The project is divided into two main lots covering the channelization and desilting of Khwars in Balambat, Shatai, Ouch, Timergara, and Chakdara within District Dir Lower, as well as Khwar desilting in District Dir Upper. The estimated costs for these works are 70 million and 26.5 million Rupees respectively. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-4 or C-6 with relevant specialization codes CE-04 and CE-10. Additionally, bidders must hold active registration with KPRA and the Federal Board of Revenue. All technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS system no later than 12:00 PM on 14 May 2026. A bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost is required, and original call deposit receipts must be provided to the Executive Engineer's office.
