The District and Sessions Judge in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed electronic tenders for an annual framework contract for the upcoming fiscal year 2025-2026. This comprehensive procurement covers six distinct lots including office stationery, printing and publications, computer stationery, general store items, and professional repair services for transport and machinery. The total estimated cost across all lots exceeds 90 million Rupees, with individual lot values ranging from approximately 2.7 million to 23.7 million Rupees. Interested bidders must provide a 5 percent bid security for each lot they participate in and demonstrate a strong financial standing with an annual turnover exceeding 50 million Rupees for maximum technical marks. Participation is strictly mandated through the e-PADS system, and all firms must be registered with relevant tax authorities. Technical and financial proposals prepared in accordance with the single stage two envelope bidding procedure must be submitted electronically via the portal by 11:00 AM on 14 May 2026.
