Description / Scope of Work
The Cooperative Model Town Society, Lahore (1962) Ltd invites sealed bids under single stage single envelope bidding procedure for the supply of plants for landscaping of Murrian Round Model Town in Lahore, Punjab. This procurement is intended to enhance the green spaces and aesthetic appeal of the model town through the supply of landscaping plants. Eligible bidders must be contracting firms with valid enlistment with Model Town Society and may seek clarification from the office of the Civil Engineer during regular working hours. Detailed tender documents are available from the office of the Civil Engineer Model Town Society during working hours upon submission of a written request addressed to the undersigned.
Bidders must meet the valid enlistment requirement with Model Town Society to participate in this procurement. Late, ambiguous or incomplete bids will not be entertained and will be rejected summarily. The Society reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance without assigning any reason.
Sealed bids must be delivered before 1:00 PM on 03-11-2026 to the address specified by the procuring agency. The submitted bids will be opened one hour after the deadline on the same day by the Evaluation Committee in the presence of authorized representatives of bidders who wish to attend.
