Description / Scope of Work
Comsats University, Islamabad (Islamabad Campus) invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for the procurement of stationery and printing items required for the Faculty of Information Technology (FIT) in fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement shall be conducted under the Public Procurement Rules, 2026 using a Single Stage-Two Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms and conditions are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/149151 for all registered bidders. The procurement office is located at 2nd Floor, Faculty Block-2, Comsats University Islamabad, Park Road, Islamabad Capital Territory.
All bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Demand Draft, or a bid securing declaration in the prescribed format as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to meet all eligibility criteria outlined in the tender documents and provide all necessary supporting documentation as required by the procurement authority.
E-bids prepared in accordance with the e-Bidding Documents must be submitted through ePADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Electronic bid opening will occur on the same day at 11:30 AM using the ePADS v2.0 system.
