For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender, written with AI from the official notice and checked by our quality rules — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
NUML is procuring four categories of IT equipment (3 desktop computers, 2 laptops, 1 MacBook, 1 network printer) for a university facility under a PSDP project.
This is a small-scale, one-off procurement with tight delivery requirements (30 days). Bidders should note the requirement for hardware to meet specific generational thresholds (Intel 13th/12th gen, Apple M5+) and the strict performance warranty obligations, including 24-hour on-site service calls during the 12-month warranty period. The competitive evaluation is item-wise financially, meaning separate evaluation per equipment category.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold NTN/STN or Professional Tax registration, furnish recent bank statements (6 months), provide GST certificates, and submit an affidavit confirming non-blacklisted status. No specific PEC or sector registration is mentioned; typically technology suppliers must be registered with relevant commercial authorities and may require relevant authorisation from equipment principals.
