Description / Scope of Work
Headquarters Multan Logistics Area invites sealed tenders on prescribed forms for the supply of Brodifacoum, a hygienic and chemical item, in a quantity of 3000 kilograms. The tender is open to reputable suppliers and contractors capable of delivering this pest control chemical to the Multan Cantonment in Punjab. The scope of procurement encompasses the complete supply, delivery, and related logistics of the specified quantity of Brodifacoum to meet the operational requirements of the military logistics facility at Multan.
Bidders must be either registered or un-registered firms and are required to submit earnest money (bid security) calculated at 2 percent of the contract value for registered firms or 5 percent for un-registered firms, with a maximum ceiling of ten lac rupees. The earnest money must be submitted in the form of a bank draft or pay order payable to Headquarters Multan Logistics Area (S&T Branch). Cheques and cash are not acceptable. All tenders must be submitted on the prescribed form and must comply with the specified eligibility and documentation requirements.
Tender forms may be collected on 05 November 2026 at 1100 hours from the Deputy Director Supplies and Transport at Headquarters Multan Logistics Area, Multan Cantonment. Sealed tenders will be opened on 06 November 2026 at 1100 hours in the presence of all contractors and the Bid Opening Officer. The organisation reserves the right to reject any or all tenders or cancel the bidding process; grounds for rejection can be provided upon written request.
