For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender, written with AI from the official notice and checked by our quality rules — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Large-scale framework contract for supply of meals and dietary items to a police training institution over twelve months, valued at PKR 7 crore.
This is a recurring annual procurement with closure in June 2027. Bidders must be trading firms with current tax registrations. The relatively tight deadline (submission in 10 days) and substantial bid security requirement (3% of contract value) indicate serious institutional procurement. Supply continuity and quality standards for institutional catering will likely be key evaluation factors.
Who can bid: Bidders must be firms engaged in trading, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments of Pakistan. Typically, sole proprietors or companies dealing in food and dietary supplies can participate. Firms blacklisted by any Government Department are ineligible. The notice does not specify minimum turnover, experience, or facility certification requirements, though institutional catering typically demands food safety and hygiene compliance.
