Highway Division Rajanpur invites e-tenders for special repair and improvement of a metalled road from Kotla Nasser Chowk to Kot Mithan via Hafizabad, measuring 9.40 km in Tehsil and District Rajanpur. The estimated cost is Rs. 12.931 million with earnest money of Rs. 6,46,550. The project duration is three months.
Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and Punjab PPRA are eligible to participate. Bids must be submitted digitally through Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) only. Bid security of 5% of estimated cost must be paid online via BOP. The lowest evaluated bidder must submit 10% performance guarantee within 15 days. Tender opening will be held on 18.11.2026 at 1:30 PM at the Commissioner's office. No price variation is admissible.
