Municipal Committee Kamalia invites electronic bids for construction of a carpet road from Amrood Wala Bagh to Bilal Ganj City Kamalia. The estimated cost is PKR 20,001,472 with earnest money of PKR 1,000,074. Bidders must be registered with Punjab E-Procurement system, hold PEC category C-6 or above, and be registered with relevant tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA, and Professional Tax where applicable).
Bidding follows a single-stage two-envelope procedure. E-bids must be submitted by 16 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day. Bid security at 5% of estimated cost must be paid online before bid submission. Only technically responsive bidders will have financial bids opened. Bidding documents are available on the PPRA website and Punjab E-Procurement portal.
