Municipal Committee Kamalia invites electronic bids for construction of a carpet road from Mamokanjan Road to Disposal Station Zeeshan Colony via Makianwali Chungi, City Kamalia, Punjab. The estimated project cost is PKR 91,263,961. Bidders must be enrolled with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-4 or above, registered on Punjab E-Procurement system, and hold valid tax registrations with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and relevant authorities.
Bidding follows single-stage two-envelope procedure with earnest money of PKR 4,563,198 (5% of estimated cost). E-bids close on 16 November 2026 at 11:00 AM with opening at 11:30 AM. Only technically responsive bids qualify for financial evaluation. Bidders must pay bid security online before submission.
