Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Highways Department (Central Zone) invites bids for the dualization and improvement of Okara-Depalpur Road, a total length of 24.20 km in District Okara. This tender covers Phase-I of 8.00 km. The estimated cost (DNIT) is PKR 2336.393 million, with a completion period of 12 months.
Intending contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category. Bid security of 5% must be submitted digitally via Punjab E-Procurement System. Performance security of 10% is required within 15 days of receipt of offer. Bidders must quote rates against each item and total contract amount. Bid opening will occur on 18-11-2026 at 1300 hours at Commissioner Sahiwal Division office. Submission must follow PPRA rules and published guidelines.
