Description / Scope of Work
The District Council Gujranwala invites sealed electronic tenders for the construction of a monument at the entry point on G.T Road, Sadhoke, under the Budget allocation for FY 2026-27. The estimated cost is Rs 3.950 million. Registered contractors must submit bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System (E-PADS) portal.
Bid Security of 5% of estimated cost must be submitted online through E-PADS. Bids will be opened on 18/11/2026 at 02:00 PM at the District Council office in Gujranwala. Bidders offering rates below 4.99% of the T.S estimated cost must deposit additional performance security per PPRA/Works Rules 2017. Conditional tenders will not be entertained; selection method is least cost. Works must be performed in accordance with PPRA Rules and E-PADS regulations.
