The Development Officer Sibi invites open competitive bids for the construction of a pull (water structure) at Village Gulu Shaher Jadeed, UC Kurak, Sibi District, Balochistan, under reference TSE-2627101218323. This is a single-stage, one-envelope bidding process with eligibility check and financial evaluation.
Bidders must register with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA GOB. The bidding document fee is PKR 1,000 (non-refundable; checked during eligibility). Bid security of 2% of estimated value and performance security of 10% of contract value are required. Bids close on 17 November 2026 at 10:00 AM and must be submitted by courier or dropped in the tender box at the procuring agency office in Sibi. Bid validity is 90 days. Joint ventures and consortiums are not allowed.
