The Executive Engineer (Buildings), Provincial B&R Department, Balochistan invites open competitive bids for construction of rooms along with repair and renovation of the Additional Deputy Commissioner/Assistant Commissioner Office in District Panjgur under PSDP Project No. 141 Z2026.0603 (Reference: TSE-2627111219133). The project is located at B&R Colony, District Panjgur.
Bidders must be registered with the Electronic Public Procurement System (BPPRA). Bids are to be submitted in single stage, one envelope format by 17 November 2026 at 11:00 AM via courier or tender box at the procuring agency office. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost (bank guarantee or deposit at call) is required. Bidding document fee is PKR 1,500 (payable via green challan). Bid validity is 90 days. National scope. No joint ventures allowed.
