Bidding is open nationally using single-stage, one-envelope procedure with eligibility check and financial evaluation. Bidders must register with the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS) of Government of Balochistan and submit bids electronically by 17 November 2026 at 11:00 AM through e-submission.
