The Executive Engineer, Building Communication Works, PP&H Department Sherani invites open competitive bids for construction and rehabilitation of offices at district level offices and residences, specifically for the proposed District Complex at Mani Khawa, District Sherani (PSDP No. 141/Z2026.0603). This is a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure with evaluation based on eligibility check, responsiveness, and financial evaluation.
Bidders must be registered with the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS) of Balochistan. Electronic bid submission is mandatory through bppra.gob.pk, with a closing date of 18 November 2026 at 09:00 AM. Bid security of 3% of estimated value and bidding document fee of PKR 2,500 are required. Bidders must be national. Bid validity is 90 days; joint ventures/consortiums are not permitted.
