Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Buildings Department invites sealed bids from registered engineering firms and contractors for the construction of an office building for the District Public Prosecutor, Tehsil Shakargarh, District Narowal, under ADP No. 3271 for 2026-27. The work is to be executed by the Executive Engineer Buildings Division, Narowal, located at the New Judicial District Complex, Narowal.
Bidding shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) on item rates basis with BOQ as approved by DNIT. Contractors must be registered on the e-Procurement System and possess valid PEC licenses. The 5% bid security shall be submitted electronically; no physical financial instruments are accepted. Tender documents signed and stamped must be submitted online. Bids will be opened on 18 November 2026 at 11:00 AM by the Tender Opening Committee at the office of the Superintending Engineer, Buildings Circle No. 2, Gujranwala. Closing date: 18 November 2026.
