Description / Scope of Work
The 3rd Buildings Division, Communication & Works Department, Lahore invites sealed bids for the construction of 10 sniffer dog kennels for the Police Dog Breeding Centre and Training School at a special branch in Punjab. The estimated cost is Rs. 44,92,32,278 with earnest money of Rs. 22,46,614.
Contractors must be registered with PEC in category C5 or above with specialization code CE10. Bids are submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk in two separate envelopes (Technical and Financial). Earnest money must be submitted via 1-Link online banking. The tender closes on 25 November 2026 at 12:00 PM, with opening of technical bids at 12:30 PM the same day.
