Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Healthcare Commission in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids from eligible and experienced firms for the procurement of comprehensive courier services. This framework contract is designed to facilitate the secure and timely dispatch of documents and parcels from the Commission's Head Office in Lahore as well as its various regional offices across the province, including Bahawalpur, D.G. Khan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Multan, Rawalpindi, and Sargodha. The project has an estimated value of 1.5 million Rupees and will be awarded under a framework agreement for an initial period of one year. Interested bidders must demonstrate at least ten years of relevant experience in the courier industry and possess a robust nationwide network with air fleet capabilities and an integrated online tracking system. Mandatory requirements include registration with the SECP, Income Tax, and Sales Tax departments, along with the provision of a 30,000 Rupee bid security. All proposals must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) by 2:00 PM on 19 May 2026.
