The Balochistan Development Authority (BDA) in Quetta, Balochistan invites electronic bids for the construction of a border terminal and blacktop main Badini Road in District Killa Saifullah. The estimated cost of the project is 9,015,940,000 PKR. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-A with specialized codes, hold active taxpayer status, and be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority. Bidders must have completed at least one similar assignment with an annual turnover of at least 7 billion PKR over the three previous years. The procurement process will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically via the supplier dashboard no later than 10:00 AM on 15 May 2026, accompanied by a 4% bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call.
