The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) in Islamabad invites sealed bids and offers for the open auction and disposal of spare and unserviceable cables located at the Main Store in Rawalpindi on an 'As Is Where Is' basis. This public auction is open to all interested contractors, firms, and companies registered with relevant tax authorities for NTN and GST. Bidders must submit an undertaking on legal stamp paper confirming they are not blacklisted by any government organization in Pakistan, along with the required earnest money and a complete application form. Detailed terms, conditions, and cable specifications can be obtained from the office of the Director NTC Rawalpindi. Technical and financial proposals prepared in accordance with the bidding documents must be submitted no later than 22 May 2026.
