Description / Scope of Work
The Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for a comprehensive framework contract concerning the procurement of food hampers for the financial year 2026-2027. This vital project aims to establish a reliable supply chain for high-quality food supplies to be distributed during natural calamities or emergency disasters across the province. Each food hamper is strictly required to contain standardized quantities of A-grade staples including sugar, rice, ghee, salt, various pulses, tea, and dry milk, alongside essential spices and fire starters. The selected contractor must demonstrate the operational capacity to deliver 2,000 hampers per day within a strict 24-hour notice period. Eligibility criteria include registration with relevant tax authorities, a minimum annual turnover of 60 million Rupees, and an established warehouse facility of at least 4,500 square feet. Interested firms must submit a bid security of 1,193,000 Rupees. Technical and financial proposals, along with physical samples of the hampers, must be delivered to the PDMA office in New Muslim Town no later than 11:00 AM on 18 May 2026.
