The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education in Bahawalpur, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the auction of Raddi (waste paper) on an as-is-where-is basis under a single stage, single envelope bidding process. The estimated cost of the waste paper is 10,341,075 Rupees. Interested and eligible bidders must submit their bids along with a bid security of 517,054 Rupees in the form of a CDR or bank guarantee in favor of the Secretary, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Bahawalpur. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and provide a non-litigation and non-blacklisting affidavit. Tenders must reach the office by 18 May 2026 before 11:00 AM, and will be opened at 12:00 PM on the same day.
