Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Irrigation Department in Kot Addu, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for the significant procurement and transportation of reserve stone stock required for the Maggasson Branch during the 2025-26 fiscal year. This project involves the supply and carriage of approximately 205,000 cubic feet of stone from the Sakhi Sarwar Quarry to critical infrastructure points, including the J-Head Spur and two Inverted Hockey Spurs. The total estimated cost of the project is approximately 35.5 million Rupees, which includes specialized transport across hilly terrain with average lead distances of up to 123 kilometers. Eligible contractors must be active tax payers registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and the Punjab Revenue Authority for the current year. Interested firms are required to submit a 5 percent bid security of the estimated cost alongside their technical proposals. All bidding processes will be conducted exclusively through the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System portal. Complete electronic proposals must be successfully uploaded and submitted no later than 01:30 PM on 21 May 2026 to be considered for the public opening scheduled for the same day.
