Description / Scope of Work
The District Judiciary, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in Peshawar, KPK invites sealed bids for the procurement of various IT equipment, hardware, and plant and machinery items for the financial year 2025-26. This tender follows the single-stage two-envelope procedure and includes the supply of 50 branded desktop computer systems featuring Core i5 13th generation processors, 40 LaserJet printers with a minimum speed of 38 PPM, and 30 high-speed document scanners. Other requirements include CAT-6 cable rolls and water dispensers with mini-refrigerators. Eligible bidders must be registered with the KPPRA e-Procurement Acquisition and Disposal System and relevant tax authorities. A bid security of 2 percent of the total bid value in the form of a call deposit is required. Technical proposals must meet specific quality and product parameters, with successful bidders providing a 10 percent performance guarantee and a one-year warranty. Electronic bids must be uploaded via the EPADS portal, with hard copies submitted to the Senior Civil Judge (Admin) by 10:00 AM on 18 May 2026.
