The Jinnah Hospital in Lahore, Punjab invites electronic bids for a comprehensive framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. This extensive procurement process covers a wide variety of hospital essentials including general store items, linen, stationery, printing services, building materials, and IT equipment. Key requirements include the supply of over 36,000 bed sheets and pillow covers, 500 fowler beds, cardiac tables, and essential office consumables such as 5,000 rims of paper and high-yield laser toners. The bidding is conducted through the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System following Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and provide a two percent bid security of the estimated cost. Physical samples for all quoted items must be submitted at the hospital at the time of bid opening to verify technical compliance. Technical and financial proposals must be uploaded to the e-PADS portal by 10:30 AM on 19 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 11:00 AM on the same day
