Description / Scope of Work
The Pakhtunkhwa Energy Development Organization (PEDO) in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids for the procurement of operator services for the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of two major hydropower complexes. The tender is divided into two packages: Package I for the 81MW Malakand-III HPC in District Malakand (requiring PEC category O-1 or above) and Package II for the 18MW Pehur HPC in District Swabi (requiring PEC category O-2 or above). This procurement follows a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Bidding is conducted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), with a requirement for separate bid securities for each package. Technical bids for both packages are scheduled to be opened on 09 June 2026 at the PEDO House in Hayatabad. Bidders must provide valid registration with relevant tax authorities and comply with the KP-PPRA Rules 2014. In addition to the electronic submission, sealed hard copies must be delivered to the Chief Engineer's office for evaluation purposes.
