Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan LNG Limited (PLL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Government Holdings Private Limited (GHPL) under the Government of Pakistan, is inviting electronic bids for the procurement and implementation of a globally recognized Software as a Service (SaaS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. This government tender seeks authorized and reputable technology firms to provide a comprehensive off-the-shelf ERP system to streamline organizational management, including storage and regasification operations. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and maintain an active taxpayer status. The procurement process is conducted via the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS), and manual bids will not be accepted. Detailed bidding documents, terms, and technical specifications are available on the EPADS portal, the PLL official website, and the PPRA website. Electronic bids must be submitted through the EPADS system by 03:00 PM on 21 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 03:30 PM on the same day at the Petroleum House in Islamabad.
