Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Chief Engineer PHE in Quetta, Balochistan invites applications and e-bids for the procurement of works involving the supply and laying of a water conveyance system. This project, specifically designated as Package-IIA, is for the Water Supply Scheme (WSS) Loralai Town based on the Mara Tangi Dam. The procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014, and all interested bidders must be registered with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA GOB. Pre-qualification documents and the formal Request for Proposal (RFP) can be downloaded from the BPPRA website upon payment of a 3,000 PKR fee via Green Challan. Technical and financial applications must be submitted electronically through the supplier dashboard no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 12:00 PM on the same day via the EPPS System at the Saryab Link Road office.
